• Comment: Fast response time. Like half of Durango this spring we had an ice dam problem that flooded a room in our basement. They got on it right away and kept it from spreading to the rest of the basement. Great cleanup after removing the water. Friendly and easy to work with. Would call them again, however, I hope I never need them again.
