Solutions provided:

An air scrubber was set prior to work being performed for the health and safety of workers and occupants

drywall cuts were performed to remove the affected drywall

Affected carpet was lifted, pad removed, carpet cleaned and disinfected

Hepa vacuuming was performed to capture all spores 

lastly an antimicrobial was applied to affected areas to treat and disinfect
