• Comment: We arrived at our cascade village condo on a Saturday afternoon to find a leaking roof causing water damage to walls ceiling and carpet. Best showed up within two hours on a Saturday and set up containment blowers dryers etc. Zach was excellent checking back with us daily until all was dried out and repairs could begin. I didn't comment on affordability as the HOA is handling that part. But we will call Best again if this ever happens
