We had an emergency involving something in our hvac system. Brad came over quickly and immediately went to work, using a camera to look in the ducts. It was greatly appreciated and reasonably priced. Im happy and we will use this business again for other services.

We've never had our vents cleaned but we are glad we did. Brad at Best Cleaning Services does a super great job. He's very helpful, professional, and easy to understand. We would definitely recommend them and we would use them again.

My family and I weren’t sure how to deal with the cleaning of my father’s watch after his suicide. Best Cleaning quickly took it right away, without me seeing it, cleaned it and got it back to me, no problem. Everyone there was very compassionate about my situation and made an awful time much more bearable for my family and me. I am forever grateful.

Even tho they were booked out for many weeks, she was able to squeeze us into the schedule in a very timely fashion. I had a rodent infestation in my crawlspace. It was a very big insulation removal and clean-up job and I needed professional help to see it through. The crew at BEST did a great job from initial inspection to final product. I am pleased with their work ethic and willingness to tackle a tough project. They were transparent about the cost from the beginning and even came back a second time to see if there was any way to cushion some of the cost. I used to hate going down into the crawlspace, but thanks to the crew at BEST, I now don't mind having to. I would not hesitate to use them again for a different job, or to recommend them to you.

Fast response time. Like half of Durango this spring we had an ice dam problem that flooded a room in our basement. They got on it right away and kept it from spreading to the rest of the basement. Great cleanup after removing the water. Friendly and easy to work with. Would call them again, however, I hope I never need them again.

We arrived at our cascade village condo on a Saturday afternoon to find a leaking roof causing water damage to walls ceiling and carpet. Best showed up within two hours on a Saturday and set up containment blowers dryers etc. Zach was excellent checking back with us daily until all was dried out and repairs could begin. I didn't comment on affordability as the HOA is handling that part. But we will call Best again if this ever happens

I assumed that Quality customer service was a thing of the past until we used Best Cleaning and Restoration! From the initial phone call with Jackie to book the service to the completion of the project, it was all first rate. Bert called every morning to inform us of arrival time. I had the guys at best clean out and replace insulation in a crawls space that was previously overrun by rodents and who knows what else. After having another company walk off the job because it was too hard, the guys at Best came through and got the job done. Best of all they were polite and pleasant while they crawled around under my house. The work was done well and was completed on schedule. Couldn't ask for more. Best is highly recommended.

A pipe broke at my house and I was standing in 2" of water in my basement. Best cleaning was there in under 20 minutes with dehumidifiers, and air movers and did such an amazing job!!! They worked so quickly and efficiently that my brand new wood floors were salvaged and there was no drywall damage. This company knows how to do it better than anyone else, they are fast and efficient! The owner even called to check on the job and was extremely professional and caring. I was a total nut case and he was very kind despite my freaking out. have also used them for carpet cleaning over the past 15 years, I tried another company one time and it did not compare, I will never use anyone else. They are the absolute BEST!!!!

We had a large crock pot full of chili spill in the back of our minivan. It soaked in to the carpet, went under the carpet, in all the nooks and crannies around the seat attachments and frame, etc. Tried cleaning it, but just couldn't get the smell out and couldn't get it totally clean. The odor got worse and worse, and by day 4, we found maggots underneath the carpet. So gross... Tried asking a detailer, but everyone was either booked for weeks, or didn't want to touch it. I called Jackie at BEST and she was immediately ready to help. She arranged to have me bring in my van the next morning and Andrew deep cleaned the vehicle. The carpet was toast, but they got the smell (and the maggots) out, and at a VERY reasonable cost. I can't recommend this company enough and will definitely use them again in the future.
