Before you hire anyone else be sure to have these wonderful and competent restoration team members give you a bid. I was astonished by how reasonable their quote was, and they really do provide the best service in Durango and Beyond. They were personable and caring as well as competent. It's hard to find such high quality men in this day and age. You won't be sorry.

I have been using Best Cleaning for 3 years now they always done a professional job and they have one of the best teams I have ever done business with in my years of doing business.

Someone was at my door within a few hours and a crew was working on the flooding within 4 hours! While we were away on vacation they worked to dry out the crawl space and return everything to it's previous state. I could not be happier and will use them anytime needed. Great company!

Awesome and super friendly guys. Very professional. We had the misfortune of a flood in our home and we used a company that our insurance recommended. They were very rude, seemed to not have a clue on what to do, and acted very unprofessional. We're very happy we had the sense to get rid of them and use Best. For anyone unfortunate enough to experience a disaster, these folks are a godsend. It is good to know a company like this exists; Honest, hardworking, dedicated, and empathetic. They went so far above and beyond their call and helped me dig ditches, install pipe and culvert, and move furniture. Bless them for spending multiple 12 hour+ days, to help save my home. I came home after having spend almost a week in ICU due to asthma this past week. It was a rough week with full of concerns except for-- the coming home part. BEST went through my entire house and cleaned the vents, carpets as well as handled any and all situations that would allow me to continue to recover at home in a clean environment. I cannot rave about this company or Robert, Thomas and Ivan more... The hospital was anxious about releasing me with the condition I had been in, and am still recovering from...There were 3 parties involved on my side helping to coordinate a time for them to do all of this before I came home (mind you each family member was in a different area and state). Best communicated with all of us without missing a beat, were quick to start and respond to any and all questions. They were extremely professional and are very educated in their field not just trained in a routine but actually KNOW what they are doing ...which to me-- like most others- is important to have when working with any company. You can see they are a company (as well as the individuals personally) care about their work and will provide you the absolute best without gimmicks or beating around the bush. I wish I could rate higher than 5 ...either way I cannot say enough good things about this group. They did an absolutely beautiful job....I didnt realize a house could smell this clean/brand new all in a matter of hours. Hands down BEST WILL be my go to or my recommendation evey time now. Robert, Thomas and Ivan ...thank you so so much. I appriciate it more than you know!

Comment: Was 30mins late and had to reschedule for later in the afternoon, then he arrived early. From there he was in and out, so far so good with the cleaning of the carpets. And for my inconvenience of having to reschedule they gave me 10% off.

Unbelievable. We have a very nice area rug that we just couldn't get as clean as we wanted. Tried another licensed outfit to no avail. These guys returned our area rug looking brand new and smelling great. Wow. Great service!!!!
